Plain language. Fixed scope, fixed price, dealer-owned. Here’s what working with me looks like on paper.
The build
Every FlipFix Digital project is fixed-scope and fixed-price. The scope is agreed in writing before any deposit, and the price on the proposal is the price on the invoice. No hourly add-ons, no “we’ll figure it out later.”
Payment
50% deposit on signing books your build slot. The remaining 50% is due on launch day, after the site is live and you’ve signed off. Invoices are handled through standard ACH or card.
Ownership
When the site launches, the code, design system, catalog structure, and deliverables belong to you. No subscription. No retainer lock-in. No platform pulling access if you stop paying.
Revisions and support
- One full round of post-launch revisions is included.
- I’m on call for 30 days after launch for anything that breaks.
- Out-of-scope changes are quoted individually and optional.
What I won’t do
I don’t fabricate testimonials, inflate review counts, or invent metrics for your site. If you ask me to, I’ll decline and recommend someone who will decline too.
Confidentiality
Anything you share about your business, pricing, customers, or operations stays between us. I won’t use your dealer data in another client’s build or in my portfolio without your written OK.
Disputes
If something doesn’t match what we agreed on, I fix it at my cost. If we reach a genuine impasse, any dispute is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and handled in Travis County.
